ASADOKORO SEASHORE (HIRANAI TOWN)
In 1968, ASADOKORO SEASHORE is the place where people succeeded in feeding a swan for the first time in JAPAN. The place is located at the base of NATSUDOMARI PENINSULA. Since the seashore is very beautiful, it has been designated a natural treasure. In winter, swans come together to the beautiful seashore to eat food from human hands

HIRAKAWA RINVER (FUJISAKI TOWN)
We can observe swans in the open area built in 1999. This area is a very beautiful place where we can see MT. IWAKI, a symbol of the TSUGARU PENINSULA. From December to March, we can observe birds of a field, from the KOYAMARUKUN, a bird-watching facility.

SHIMODA PARK MAGITSUTSUMI (SHIMODA TOWN)
We can observe birds throughout the year. About 1,000 large swans, 900 ducks, and 700 wild geese flock to this place. TSUTSUMI has a bird-watching facility, "Swan House," for observation of birds.

HACHINOHE ENBURI (HACHINOHE CITY)
An ENBURI FESTIVAL is a traditional folk dance in the HACHINOHE area, and a festival to pray for a bountiful harvest is held in HACHINOHE CITY and farm villages around the city. According to a report, ENBURI has a tradition of 800 years, but the present form of ENBURI was based on a festival performance for a fruitful year held in 1881 at the SHINRA SHRINE. The HACHINOHE ENBURI was designated an important intangible cultural property of JAPAN in February, 1979.
